WALES......

I was thinking of Wales this morning and how I wish I was there....It's the most beautiful country in the entire world.......So, here are some pictures I took in Wales......The Harry Tuffins is a supermarket in Churchstoke.....I love it !!!! It has everything, a restaurant, a gas station a pound store ( like a dollar store here but since they don't have dollars it's a pound store) and a supermarket.....Also, there is a little animal park down a hill at the back of the store and a car wash and a toilet.....My husband used to go to the toilet then sit and wait in the car and complain to himself about me wanting to drive over three hours to Harry Tuffins and how hot or cold it was waiting in the car.....My daughter and I used to take our time checking out every single thing inside knowing how pissed off he was out in the car....We would just buy him a sandwich or some healthy junk, he loves all that healthy living , fat free crap and a juice drink knowing that would keep him quiet when we finally got back to the car.......Harry Tuffins is the absolute best.....I almost forgot one of the best things at Harry Tuffins....There's a tiny Welsh police station there also...I always wanted to open the door and see what was inside but I didn't......Next time I am there I will.......

Etsy Treasury

I was featured in another Etsy treasury today....I appreciate that someone put one of my drawings in their treasury..I also find it very funny because for some reason I always lose some hearts when I'm in a treasury and also I have been on the front page twice and have been in about 30 treasuries and I have sold only 5 things on Etsy....I have over 600 people who have hearted me.....So, in my warped mind I find it funny, especially when you read about people wanting so badly to be on the front page...It really doesn't help your sales.....Well, it doesn't help MY sales.....Here are some more new drawings.....I'm thinking about having a giveaway of a print of one of my drawings...Mrs Mastroni might have finally convinced me....BUT, seeing as no one else has left any comments here I would have to give myself or Mrs Mastroni the print......I already have enough of my art so I'm out of the contest.....That leaves Jerry or Sandy.........I just realized I posted one of these drawings yesterday.....Oh well, I have no idea how to get it off of here and no one is reading my blog anyway so I'll just leave it here.......

February is almost gone......

I haven't posted anything for a while because no one is reading or commenting on my posts or about my art and it's weird, even for me, to be writing to myself....People have been looking but not commenting.....I think that's similar to someone looking in your windows and not knocking on the door....Oh, well......Maybe, it might also be because you find my blog from Sandy's links and you expect cats and really fabulous drawings and paintings of happy and nice things and giveaways and then you find that my art is completely different from hers...I'm going with that theory.... Here are some of my new drawings......I was the featured seller yesterday, for an hour I think it was, on Art Fire and I had forgotten what it was and that I even had drawings on there....Must be too much bacon fat in my system.....Anyway, here are some drawings.......

Cold New Hampshire Tuesday

This morning I decided to activate some of my drawings which were on Etsy....My tiny art room is filled with too much stuff.....

What's a girl to do with hundreds and hundreds of drawings , especially in the winter with no art shows going on?????

I just won't pay attention to any drama ...

I had some pork for supper last night so this may have softened my mood a bit......You can see what I have on Etsy if you go to my store name or seller name....gogokittenart.....

Tuesday......

I ate some pork cutlets with rosemary and garlic the other night so I'm feeling great...I also went to the big freezer which I have out in the shed and checked out how many pork roasts and packages of bacon are in there because a snowstorm is coming this way tomorrow and I could be stranded without pork

and I'm just over the moon...5 pork roasts and 5 packages of thick cut bacon.....One of the pork roasts is over two feet long...I pretended I was having a big dinner party when I bought it, yeah, right, as if I would share pork.....I consider that two footer a snack......I also did some drawings and my husband is here and I managed to get him to eat between meals.....He's English and doesn't believe in eating between meals......A stockup of pork products in the freezer, some drawings finished and getting my husband to try my bad eating habits is just a great start to the new year.....Life is good.....The photo was taken in England........
